Before contact

Use test or redacted examples whenever possible.

Do not send patient names, patient records, treatment notes, medical charts, PHI, license numbers, DEA-style identifiers, raw OCR text, or proof files unless you have intentionally reviewed the content and chosen to share it.

Export help

If you need help with an export, describe the screen, selected options, app version, device model, and iOS version instead of attaching the export packet by default.

iCloud help

If you are reporting iCloud behavior, include whether private iCloud backup is enabled, whether the app was restarted after changing the setting, and whether the device is signed in to iCloud.

Scope

CEVault Dental is a local-first professional CE and credential tracker. Support can help with app behavior, import/export workflows, reminders, app-lock behavior, and private iCloud setup guidance.

Not included

Support cannot determine legal compliance, provide medical advice, submit records to a board, verify DEA or license status, or inspect patient care records.
